The cats are all soo cute and friendly.. one of them looks super skinny and some looked like they are sick. However, the staff mentioned that they have given the medication needed and are under monitoring. There are ample amount of food and water when I was there. The staff even answered my other queries regarding pet adoption process. Please do support whenever possible so that the kitties can be well taken care of!

went into the cat play and was shocked to see the conditions of the cats. Most of them are sick, one of them sitting in my lap have snot coming out of her eyes and nose. Some are kurus and there are no supervision of staff in the play pen. …

Please treat the cats well. Cats are not treated with care and are suffering from ringworm and ear mites. It is disappointing to see how the cats are treated in the display area. When we entered, we were shocked to see one of their ginger kitten have multiple bald patches! The same ginger had a red ring on its chin, which looks very much like ringworm. Another calico cat had pus coming out of its ear. Many other cats also had ear mites. I hope petemo can take serious action and ensure the cats are well taken care of.

Very nice pet store with a lot of cat and dog supplies. They also have grooming centres and an adoption place available. I also saw aquarium catered for fish enthusiasts

The state of animal care is very questionable. A kitten there is obviously sick with face covered in dried pus or parasite isn't thriving well at all looking haplessly out of the door panel. Cats look like typical strays, is it free adoption or must pay still? Only one counter staff that seemed overwhelmed and another sitting at some kind of a booking counter not helping in any way.

Large pet centric store with wide and spacious aisles. Mainly products for cats and dogs which is understandable because those are the more popular pets, but you also have products for other smaller pets such as birds and rodents available.

Helpful staff, can request for trolley if you buy heavy stuff (eg cat food 10kg) so no need take trolley from Aeon. Most of the cat accessories were abit on the higher side because imported from Japan I guess but my cats love the toys I bought from there! Its located on the second floor, way over on the other side of the mall from Aeon, and just facing Baskin Robbins.

This store is under Aeon. Really big store with big aisles for cats and dogs. They do have for rabbit and other small animals but mainly cater to cats and dogs. Many choices of food for cats but some food have not been re-stock yet.

The cats are not well taken care of and people can pay to go into the room to play with them for 30 minutes. The room is unsupervised and people are beating the cats with the toy sticks and harassing them. Do not support such activities. 😭😭😭 …

It's concerning to see animals in poor health, especially the little kitten sneezing. Hopefully, they're receiving the care they need as assured by the staff
