lol how funny this store is? Not allow family members enter the fitting room? How about there’s family with kids or left them outside without parents? Sorry I don’t want to spend my clean money at this stupid brands. Lol joke of the year

staffs are very rude , kids have to stay outside without their parents even little ones . what kind of service is this ?? what if the child gets lost ? there’s a malay woman around her 20s w braces who was very rude and had no manners at all . telling my little sister to go out of the fitting room js bcs she needed an adult by her side and said “ oh cannot u need to stay outside “ klu dia hilang , u nk tanggung ke ? . very rude liao . u don’t even own the shop and u dare to speak to customers like that?. learn manners first. and there’s a man around his 20s infront of the fitting room to give number and i said to him “ i need a number to try on this dress “ and he js showed me his rude face and said “ oi oi “ this is how u treat ur customers?? . learn manners padini’s staffs.

I was asking her excuse me sorry may I know whre is the polo mannequin wearing after I walk around for few times she with her black face and ans thereeeee with attitude!compare with Chinese staff very helpful.please learn more about customer service it’s not your own company u can treat customer like that!or else just resign if u not happy with your job.

Not allowing spouse to enter together during clothes fitting. But allowing other girls who are teenager age to enter together, said only if they are younger age??? Hello that’s weird Okie. It causes so many inconveniences for the customers to in and out to ask for help from their family… It’s double standard and not acceptable at all…

A good store with interesting tops. However the display for men's tops should be clearer with different sizes as not XL sizes are the same for different tops.

I mean, who doesn't love Padini and Vincci for their endless variety of clothing, heels, and accessories? The only thing that gets me is the fitting room staffs. It's like the clothes hangers personally offended them, the way they throw them around so loudly. lol
