Staff is very friendly and explain in the different instalment and rental plans. Staff also allowed us to experience the different massage chairs.

Cheats on the so called Relaxation Zone. The chairs are dirty,smelly and not fully functioning. Don t use these machines ....all a gimmick

Very very slow response to repair or service. Bad experience n not recommend buying Ogawa products.

Staff barbaric. I still want to ask other things, he wants to put the phone down & say bye bye. If you want to work for a salary only but the service is bad, it's better if you become a cleaner.

Very bad! ! ! I bought it last month, but it was only delivered yesterday. I promised to deliver it at 8 to 9 pm, but it was not delivered until 11 pm. It was just delivered because it was too late. The driver left before I could check it, and then I found out that it was broken! Then I asked him to change it back, but he had to wait an extra week! The driver also insisted that he had tried it, which was OK. Even if he insisted that he had tried it, would it have broken down in five minutes? How terrible! Thousands of dollars worth of stuff! Waste of my time! It is not possible to exchange for a new one right now, we have to arrange another time before the new one can be delivered😱😱!
