Waited for the person in front who ordered 4 tubs of ice cream. While the staff filling up the tubs, the other staff did not asked for my order but instead asked the person who came later than me and was standing behind me. Bad experience. Bad service.

Just now, when I passed by this store... someone's ice cream fell on the ground... and I didn't pick it up... I was pushing my baby in my stroller and didn't notice... I accidentally stepped on it and we both fell! When I got up, I went to look for the staff... and a male employee was just laughing there!

Weird and frustrating experience to confirm that I wanted coloured sprinkles and was given the chocolate one. Had to purchase another one in the end. Why waste the effort to ask for confirmation and then give me the different one?
