Carpark is eerie at night, insufficient lights, direction not displayed properly! The security told me 2 hrs carpark is free, but other drivers said it's rm5 for a short while? If u going To Luna bistro the under ground C park can lead u there!

Effective 1st Nov 2023, R&F shopping mall ceased the free parking for 1st 3hrs. I was charged Rm3 for 20min spent in supermarket and there isn't a notice on parking entrance with the latest changes....
