5 Dec 2025 11pm Self serve monitor. Interior quite depressing. I had Double Cheese Burger large set for RM17. The fries were stale and not fresh. The burger was ok but small.

Visited McDonald’s Desa Tebrau on 23/11/25, and honestly, I’m still not sure whether I went to a restaurant or accidentally stepped into a time-dilation experiment.

Ordered our food at 8:02 pm, 29th Dec. By 8:35 pm, we still had not received our food. We checked with the staff and were told it was "in preparation." After another 10 minutes, the food was still not served.

Only read the reviews after receiving our orders. Apparently we ordered our food through the kiosk at 7.47pm and didn’t get our food till 8.15pm. When my husband approached them,they say ‘still preparing’ and only to receive 10mins later.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s Desa Tebrau DT. The service here is honestly terrible. The staff attitude was very poor and they didn’t seem to care about customers at all. On top of that, the food preparation is always

This Mcd was worse before, but now they've changed. But there's a thing: Why is dine in slower than drive through???? Like seriously??? Service is soooo slow and parking is expensive. The atmosphere??? Noisy and dirty. The food? pretty good, taste good and normal than before, tidy presentation too!
