I visited the Lush store in Tebrau, Johor Bahru, on 13/01/2025 at 05:07:45, and I absolutely loved the experience! The atmosphere was so inviting, and the vibes were amazing. A special shout-out to Amy for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain every detail, making my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I'm really impressed with her service, and I will definitely be returning! My receipt number is 122393.

Ms Sarah is very friendly and approachable. She very attentive and explain in details about the lush products. Definitely it’s vegan friendly and safe to use for all ages.

We had such a lovely experience at Lush on our recent visit to this store. Amirul was not only knowledgeable about the products but also incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic. He took the time to walk us through different options and helped us pick out the perfect perfume and shampoo. It made the shopping experience feel personal and uplifting.
