Lily is very good with dealing with customer. Dia very clever in giving explanation atau kalau ada orang rasa tk tahu she just explain with patience! Please give her raise in pay atau naik kan pangkat dia because she can go far in her career as in retail! Good job lily for your customer service and your hardwork for not being too pushy with customers😍❤️‍🔥💖

My two kids got their ears pierced here and they were VERY patient and friendly. My younger one was a bit of a tough cookie to crack but we managed to do it. Thank you Shima and Wina!!

it was an impromptu visit to Lovisa and making enquiry on ear piercing.. attended by such a nice friendly malay staff, explaining the procedures etc even before we decided to get my daughter's ear pierced.Assisted by another staff to get it done at 1 go! Both staff are really professional! They made my girl comfortable and ensure her that its not painful and to relaks! Thumbs up to both staff! RECOMMENDED! 5🌟

The staffs are nice and friendly. They are patient when did the ear piercing for my daughter.
