it was an impromptu visit to Lovisa and making enquiry on ear piercing.. attended by such a nice friendly malay staff, explaining the procedures etc even before we decided to get my daughter's ear pierced.Assisted by another staff to get it done at 1 go! Both staff are really professional! They made my girl comfortable and ensure her that its not painful and to relaks! Thumbs up to both staff! RECOMMENDED! 5🌟

My two kids got their ears pierced here and they were VERY patient and friendly. My younger one was a bit of a tough cookie to crack but we managed to do it. Thank you Shima and Wina!!
