"It was an impromptu visit to Lovisa, and I made an inquiry about ear piercing. I was attended to by a very nice, friendly Malay staff member who explained the procedures, even before we decided to get my daughter's ear pierced. Another staff member assisted in getting it done quickly! Both staff were really professional! They made my girl comfortable and assured her that it wasn't painful and to relax! Thumbs up to both staff! RECOMMENDED! 5🌟"

Lily is very good at dealing with customers. She is very clever in giving explanations, and if someone feels unsure, she just explains with patience! Please give her a raise in pay or promote her because she can go far in her retail career! Good job, Lily, for your customer service and your hard work in not being too pushy with customers! 😍❤️‍🔥💖

My two kids got their ears pierced here, and the staff were very patient and friendly. My younger one was a bit of a tough cookie, but we managed to get it done. Thank you Shima and Wina!
