My second time trying this out. First time was great but today the therapist must be having a bad day. She was really rough & the whole experience was painful not soothing. My face became so red. Definitely not coming back to this place.

First time at the Tebrau outlet. Had to make sure my kids are suitably engaged. Missed my Q no. but was attended immediately once I returned to outlet. Therapist was gentle and extraction was done without any pain. Face felt super clean afterwards. I was attended by Cassie. Thank you once again.

I visited on March 2025 and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were not only gentle and smooth with their work but also made sure I felt comfortable.

The part where they remove the blackheads was a little rough. Other than that, the facial session was okay. Not super great, just good.
