Was served by Assistant Captain Kyaw Swar (from Kinsahi outlet @ Aeon Tebrau) - super warm services and feeling at ease with his knowledge of vegetarian (No alliums; ❌ onion 🧅 & garlic 🧄) and also super warm services rendered to me. He can understand English very well and also speaks fluent English. ☺️ 30th July, I was shocked that he still remembers me when I revisited this outlet yesterday (30th July), he even remembered where I sat (pointed to me the seat) when I asked him “Oh you remembered me?” 😂 Was asked if I wanted water when I didn’t order any, that’s when I remembered that I had my Lean up juice to take before my meals (rushing whole day and didn’t have time to pause and think straight). Thank you so much for the kind gesture! Every single gesture you did certainly make all of your customers feeling warm and fuzzy 🥰 ✨ Congratulations on being promoted to Captain within a few mths! 🥳 🎉

Our all time favorite place for vegetarian Japanese food. Love their v.chawa mushi, potato croquettes, inari maki, v.tempura, v.yaki ramen and genmaicha latte. Also a great place to celebrate occasions 😉

Loved that they had a separate vegetarian menu with lots of options like sushi, rice and noodle sets. We really enjoyed the mango sushi roll even though it took the longest to be served. The veg tendon was good too, light and not too much.

Great food! Sashimi and ikura is fresh. Do try their new dish too; gindara and butter enoki! They also allow us to put remarks for each dish! Will come back to try other dish!

Sashimi was very fresh, beef was also very flavorful. They have kids meal as well. Overall good experience, not cheap compared to average restos in JB but quite worth it given the food quality.

The staff was very observant, told us we ordered Vegetarian Ramen and helped us change it to chicken instead. The food tasted so fresh, it's delicious 😋 except for the karaage, not so nice. Very nice atmosphere, will come back again

The food generally pretty good and tasty, except soft shell crab. Staff service definitely one of this restaurant great strength. Really enjoyed their good attention, assistance cum service. Atmosphere is lovely and interior designed with strong sense of design theme. However, some sofa cushions are damaged and temporarily taped. That's a design setback. Overall, my wife and I really enjoyed our wedding anniversary celebration here. Thank you so much. Definitely will come back again...

Review: Kinsahi Japanese Restaurant, AEON Tebrau City I recently dined at Kinsahi Japanese Restaurant in AEON Tebrau City, and overall, it was a decent experience. The food quality was slightly above average, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. However, given the pricing, I expected a bit more in terms of flavor and presentation. The service was acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One minor issue was that a staff member attempted to clear our plates while there was still food on them, which felt a bit rushed. That said, the ambiance was pleasant, with a cozy and traditional Japanese setting. If you’re looking for a Japanese restaurant in the area, Kinsahi is a reasonable choice, but there may be better options for the same price range.
