Selamat sejahtera dan selamat Berpuasa. I am a retired teacher from Kluang. I bought a tobacco pipe as a gift for my brother. The courtesy, the prompt sales service with postal deliverance and customer relationship really encouraged me to share to customers to purchase items here in contrast to prices offered at other outlets with favourable discounts. I was Kamelah Tobacco House customer for over 10years. I've been to all of your brances Aeon Tebrau, Paradigm Mall & even Puteri Harbour. In fact i drove all the way to Puteri Harbour to buy cigars when Aeon Tebrau was force to close because did not follow Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia rules in MCO period. Your one particular staff in Aeon Tebrau was very rude, acting like she's all godly and didnt hear anything i requested. Shame on you Kamelah. Now in Johor Bahru has another company selling Cigars in Holiday Villa not just your company. Dont expect me to return to you anymore.
