The service attitude wasn't good. They only had one counter open, even though there were two people working. We saw no one in line and went to the front counter, but the employee told us we'd have to queue up again because it wasn't open.

"I got my original DVD here. They have a variety of books to choose from, like comics and novels. The service is good, but it was a little strange for me. Overall, it's the best bookstore in Johor Bahru."

"I lost something yesterday when I was at Kaison. Today, I called the staff and asked them to help me find it. In just a few minutes, they called back and let me know they found it and that I could pick it up from the cashier. Good service and very helpful. Thank you, team Kaison! 🫶🏻"

It has lots of product choices, although the quality of some products isn't very good, it's inexpensive. I bought a few items here and I'm really satisfied.
