The donut is not as soft as other branch i had the cream is flat like have been kept for long time. The drink also not great. I order caramel cappucino but the taste too sweet no coffee taste at all. The staff also were busing talking and ddint prepare the drink, i had to go ank ask then only they prepared the drink

Saw recent bad review about staff but luckily never have much contact and not see any problem. Like this j.co branch as lesser ppl compare to others. My fancy coffee is jcoccino always! Will continue to visit whenever find nearby branch.

Bought 6pcs donut on 07.02.2026, the donuts were all dried and hard to bite, as if they were heated many times. The creme was so-so. Im so traumatised to eat donuts after this experience. Sorry to say.

After shopping a long day trying to find a place to fill up stomach and have a rest. Waited at counter for 10 mins, 5 staffs there but no one even care to take the order or ask me to wait for awhile. Seems like everyone is trying to act like busying on their own things rather than taking care of their customer.
