I seldom give bad reviews but this has to be the most mismanaged MAC D in the entire Malaysia Peninsular. First the receipt machine wasn''t working, that''s fine. Imagine waiting for almost 20 minutes for a stupid burger. Come here if you want to waste your time waiting for your precious fast food. Psst B.K is better

Worst experience ever. I waited more than 30 minutes for a Prosperity Burger set. When I went to the counter to check, the staff looked unhappy and rudely said it was "not done yet," with no apology or explanation. Very poor service and disappointing experience. in the end I cancel the order. the staffs don''t know what they are doing.

Ordered my order for Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Takeaway via Grab and food was served warm and tasty. The portion was good as well, chicken was crispy and well done.
