Sales was good. However this store caters to a lot of queen and king size bed. I love the design available there. And the sales person was good enough to leave me when i said i didnt need any help. So im free to look around on my own

Worst staff ever!!!! I won’t come to this particular Akemi due to bad behavior of the staff. The pillow i got late last night wasnt same as the pillow i got them… i dont want a refund. I just want to exchange to others which i can pay the difference. Wasted 2 pillows as that i didnt even use. No apology no nothing… say no then walked away. I have always been a fan of Akemi….. after this incident…. I may need to look for something else for a change. Based on other reviews of this store, staff attitude is questionable

Had a really fun tufting experience! Instructor Faezah was amazing, super patient, helpful, and explained everything clearly, which made it easy even for beginners. The whole session was hands-on and really satisfying seeing the rug come together. Highly recommend trying it!
