first time trying. the matcha was not my fav, too sweet but my friend love her drink — i think it’s the best seller one. staffs are friendly so i had to give that a credit. may they add more menu.

The drinks were fine, but the service was somewhat disappointing because the Malay female staff seemed a bit arrogant. Improvements are needed

staff very very good, love their services. they’re so fast when making my drinks. good service and very recomended to come here and enjoy your drinks and sit on a bench near their coffee shop

Bad experience Ever For my sister i law . My sister in law first Time cuba this gigi coffee and dia tanya lah ‘ adik , spanish latte ada tak ?’ Like my sil really tak tahu ya . She just ask but your Staff name BALQIS sangat sacarstic and sangat biadap she says ‘ zus bawah eh ‘ we can see her reaction eventhough she pakai mask’ wowww both of us terdiam . You can just answer It politely . I think you guys kena add on kelas Customer service instead . YES your drink sangat sedap but sebab kan service yang haokkk ni mmg tak lah repeat .
