When I approached the counter staff for help, they just shrugged it off and said those were regular customers and that they couldn’t do anything.
Excuse me, am I not a customer too? I even asked if there was some kind of VIP program I could join so I could enjoy the same “privileges,” but they completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to look at me while I was talking.
Later, I noticed one of the staff chatting closely with one of those players, and it became clear: you only get treated well here if you know someone. What a joke.
Definitely not recommended. Terrible attitude, zero customer service, and they clearly play favorites."

Bad attitude from staff. Treating customers poorly reflects badly on the establishment. I used the Taiko Master machine NBLINE, and it only displayed "UNDER REPAIR SORRY." Most machines are in poor condition. The induction is very poor, including on the Taiko Master machines. The Taiko Master machines even seemed maliciously controlled to the point that their volume was kept very low.

"The machines are newer and better maintained than those at Molly Fantasy in the same building. They have 6 Pokémon Ga-Olé machines and ticket redemption. Games seem to cost around RM 3 per play.
The counter staff and maintenance staff were friendly and quick to assist."

"Not as crowded as Palo at Midvalley Southkey. It's much more peaceful to play, although there aren't many machines. You might need to politely ask the staff at the counter if the ticket dispenser is empty. A staff member will ring a bell and another staff member will reload the tickets. They also have more interesting rewards to redeem than the Midvalley Southkey location, and they seem to have a lot of stock. The kids had fun."
