Very disappointing experience. I went to this arcade with my son and we waited almost an hour to play, but the same group of players hogged all four machines non-stop. When I approached the counter staff for help, they just shrugged it off and said those were regular customers and they couldn’t do anything. Excuse me, am I not a customer too? I even asked if there’s some kind of VIP program I could join so I could enjoy the same “privileges”, but they completely ignored me—didn’t even bother to look at me while I was talking. Later, I noticed one of the staff chatting closely with one of those players and it became clear: you only get treated well here if you know someone. What a joke. Definitely not recommended. Terrible attitude, zero customer service, and clearly playing favorites.

Games here are 4 ringgit each (1.21 SGD at time of writing). Not that cheap. You must buy a Molly Fantasy card and top up at the counter (credit card accepted). Tap your card to pay. I'M ADDICTED TO MAIMAI AND I LOVE MY WAIFU MILK

It's fun to play various games here. Get a card and topup with a multiple value of RM1. There are many machines with various games such as shooting, basketball, fishing, car and motorcycle racing and many more. Most game machines are priced at RM3 or RM4 but there are also other values. Just tap the card in the slot and you can start playing.

Not as crowded as Palo @ Midvalley Southkey. Much more peaceful to play although not many machines. Need to ask the staff counter politely that tickets dispense is empty. Staff will ring a bell and another staff will reload the tickets. More interesting rewards to redeem than the Midvalley Southkey one. And they have a lot of stock. Kids had fun.

Machines are newer/ better maintained than Molly Fantasy in the same building. Has 6 Pokemon Ga-Ole machines, ticket redemption. Games seem to be mostly about RM 3 per tap. Counter staff and maintenance staff were friendly and prompt in assisting.
