Dear G2000 team, I would like to express my disappointment to G2000 Aeon Tebrau City. It was my worst shopping experience ever in my life. Few weeks ago I bought a pants from the shop and get their "Free alteration" service, I unable to collect the pant in the next day so I decided to take it 3 weeks later. When I collecting the pants on yesterday 6/9/2024, I found the stitch is extremely terrible! But the staff told me that this is normal and it is a machine sewing, cannot compare to the original sewing finishes from factory. Let's have a look if anyone can believe so which I don't think so. I believe G2000 is the experts in this line for years but sorry this could be my one last time to visit this brand. Thank you for the services!

Had a great shopping experience at G2000 in Aeon Tebrau Mall! The store associate, Aliffv, was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations. Thanks to his guidance, I found well-fitted office wear that suits me perfectly. Great service!

Terrible customer service. Horrible experience. No customer service at the counter. Madilyn the manager was extremely rude. Pointing fingers. Manager had been reported to G2000 HQ in KL. Please avoid this shop. No choice but to shop here today. Speaking in a different language at the front counter. NO feedback at all from company management so far in spite of trying to get in touch with them. The operations manager in KL, human resources all are no part of the no response team. G2000 Malaysia has the worst customer service of any brand.

Walked in to check on coat. Staffs x 2 not even keen to check what are we looking while there is no other customers in the shop. Not only that, after tried on a coat and we took the initiative to put it back on hanger but of coz not 100% nicely done. But staff came over and gave a disturbing look to us like why we touched their samples. And still within 1 meter distance still didn't want to check on what we were looking. Good luck to this outlier with such kind of staffs on board.

Very poor customer service. Very impolite curly hair chinese sales lady. I wanted to buy in bulk but because of her attitude I do not want to. Please train your staff customer service. If you want g2000, do not buy here! Location: G2000 Aeon Tebrau Time: 2:40 pm Date: 11.07.2020
