As a matcha enthusiast, I was beyond impressed with the quality and variety offered here. The matcha itself was rich and smooth, with that perfect balance of earthy bitterness and subtle sweetness. Whether in their classic matcha lattes or matcha desserts, it was clear they use top-notch ingredients. I especially enjoyed their matcha latte, which had a creamy texture and a velvety finish that made every sip a delight. The ambiance of the cafe was cozy and inviting, with minimalist decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I left feeling completely satisfied and will definitely be back to try more of their offerings. If you're a matcha lover or looking to try something new, I highly recommend Furiku.

"Try their intermediate matcha level with strawberry yogurt and honeycomb at 50% sugar. It costs around RM20. As a matcha lover, I feel the taste is only average. Nothing fantastic; just a normal drink."

Customized my own matcha latte for 17 RM. You can choose between three levels of matcha intensity: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. My order: - Advanced - Added hojicha jelly as a topping - Large cup, no sugar, and less ice Haha, the matcha wasn't intense enough for me, but it wasn't bitter thanks to the hojicha jelly, which added a little sweetness to the drink. However, the matcha wasn't whisked well, as you could taste a few lumps between sips.

For non-matcha drinkers. The matcha used looks kind of yellowish and powdery. I ordered the "advance matcha" (RM14) without sugar and was told that I needed to add at least one topping, but the matcha gelato was out of stock. I chose the hojicha jelly (RM3), and it was quite sweet on its own. I still felt like the matcha taste was too light for an "advance" option, but the design of the place is Instagrammable, so yeah.

"Overrated matcha, to be honest. It wasn't as fragrant as the reviews claimed, and it was a little too milky and grassy. There's a much better matcha place in Mount Austin."

You can choose either an iced matcha drink (with ice cubes) or a blended matcha shake. The iced version allows you to add toppings, but the blended one does not. I tried the blended option and found it slightly too sweet, but overall, it wasn't bad.

My all-time favorite place to go for matcha, they offer a variety of different matcha levels and matcha powders, and the staff is always very warm. Their Hot Houjicha is my favorite, but I'm hoping they can add toppings to the Houjicha Latte series, since the toppings are currently specialized for matcha only. Overall, I hope their quality remains consistent, because this is my go-to place! <3

"I got the standard goma matcha (sesame matcha). It was quite heavy, and the sesame bits might get stuck in your throat, but it has a good sesame flavor. It's not a personal favorite, though the matcha itself is good."

"Located on the upper floor of AEON Tebrau, it's a small corner shop. The staff were quite helpful. I tried the matcha flavor for the first time, and it was thick and flavorful."

I'm not usually a matcha person, but I was surprisingly delighted with this drink. It's not too sweet and is really refreshing and light. The staff are very polite, and the open-concept store shows you the tedious process and dedication they put into making the drinks. Will definitely visit again!
