Visited the Fossil store at Aeon Tebrau and had a great experience thanks to Nabil, the salesman who attended to us. He was super patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every feature of the Fossil watches we were considering. Even when my wife needed to walk away to think before making a decision, Nabil remained friendly and left us with a smile. He also noticed my wife was hesitant about the watch strap and kindly explained that it can be changed, and we could even get an additional strap. On top of that, he shared that Fossil offers free engraving services, a really nice personal touch! Truly impressed by the service and attention to detail. Great customer experience overall!

The staff who served me was very polite and patient throughout the process, giving me time to think about whether to make a purchase. In the end, I bought a watch and an extra strap. But it seemed like the staff was new, as they initially calculated the price as RM8xx, but when I made the payment, it suddenly changed to RM9xx. The reason given was that my total amount did not reach a specific threshold to qualify for the discount. This caused a significant drop in my mood, as there was a difference from the initially quoted RM8xx. I hope that once a final price is given, it will not be changed. Overall, my shopping experience was still pleasant, appreciate their service. 😊 By the way, the box really doesn’t look good. This is an important point I want to mention😅.
