The cashier was rude. Shout at my mother just because she is not aware about they only accept cashless. I mean you can talk nicely but not shouting. Hope you get the same experiance when you go to other places so you know how's the feeling.

Cookies delicious! Saw some reviews of unhappy customer but so far my experience was okay. No issue thank god. Bought 5 packs of 300gr all 5 looks good and well packed. Doesn't take too long. The staffs was patient and well mannered. We.

Staff has no EQ. The machine was down and couldn't take payment, and the wait that should be 2 minutes became close to 10 minutes. The staff has no idea how to appease angry customers at all and no sense of diffusing situations like this.

I experienced unsatisfactory customer service from Siti Aisyah Mohd Fadil. She lacked basic greeting etiquette and was unable to provide a clear answer to a simple question. Her demeanor, including prolonged eye contact with customers, was considered unprofessional.
