Title: Terrible Service and Lack of Manners from Staff I visited this shop on 23/8/2024 and had a very disappointing experience. The staff (a Chinese man sitting at the counter) lacked manners, giving me a poor impression of the store. Their attitude was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Despite the store's fast response regarding stock and resolving my issue, I won't be returning due to the poor customer service. IN MALAY WE SAY: BELAGAKNYA STAF NI, TAK HORMAT SETIAP PELANGGAN. KITA DATANG SECARA SERIUS NAK CARI PENYELESAIAN TAPI MAKIN TAMBAH SAKIT HATI PASAL LAYANAN YANG TIADA ADAB SOPAN.
