Good place to eat. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Food service is also fast. The decor is beautiful, worthy of social media posts. The food is also delicious and affordable, while still filling. I ordered most of the dim sums on the menu for my lunch, enough to feel full. The porridge with a century egg also looked good. They also have a good selection of Chinese teas.

Had a wonderfully delicious dim sum lunch yesterday. Ordered a wide selection of dishes, not forgetting our favourite chicken feet. All the dishes were delivered to our table very fast. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The service were friendly and helpful in selecting our dishes. Delicious food with great service, we will be back again soon.

This is a Halal dim sum outlet. Authentic dim sum. The Cheong fun skin is on the thick side though. The siew mai and bean curd skin rolls were good. The Thai fried rice was a bit oily side. Well patronized but not so crowded that you have to queue and wait to be seated.

The food was pretty good, and the service was friendly and efficient. My favourite is the yam croquette. The golden fried rice was tasty but could do with more wok hei. Can skip the siew mai.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Dolly Dim Sum for years, as my family and I frequently dine at their Selangor and KL outlets for lunch or dinner. However, today I decided to try the JB outlet for the first time since I’m currently staying here for college. Unfortunately, today’s visit was a bit disappointing compared to our usual experiences. The Royal Fried Rice, which is typically fluffy and flavorful, was surprisingly a bit mushy. My favorite dish, the Dolly Mozza Roll, was overly crispy today, which made the shrimp inside lose its springy texture and turn chewy. Despite these letdowns, the Szechuan Dumplings (4pcs) were as delicious as ever, with a perfect balance of spice and umami. The Sea Coconut Dessert was also a refreshing end to the meal, just as pictured. While this visit wasn’t perfect, I’ll definitely return, hoping for a better experience next time.
