Was served by Aaron at self-service cash counter. Friendly and patient when payment transaction failed a couple of times. A thoughtful staff who helped us instantaneously when realising we ran into issues.

Used to have a membership card but lost it. Sophia and Adam were very friendly and patient in explaining the benefits and helping transfer my account to a new card. Definitely impressed with the service

There are so many staff gathering in one corner having fun but there are nobody mending the cashier. Kept hearing some staff said cashier cashier but I waited for 5mins and there are no cashiers. In the end I gave up buying and left. Can

I come here often to get toiletries. Some things can be a lot cheaper than other Watsons outlets.
