No wait on a weekday. I go for my favorite Da Hong Pao with the least sugar level. Also a nice and compact seating area within a splendid mall. They only accept cash / local payment w/o paywave.

Excellent service as I requested Cold Brew to be newly made as I only drink next day. Many store don't do it maybe due to their busy. But this store at Toppen can help. Sincerely appreciate.

The wait time is incredibly long even though there wasn't much of a queue. The issue is there are only 2 staff, and one of them is multitasking cashier and brewing the drinks. To make the wait even longer, there is quite a number of online orders? Many of the items were also sold out, hardly much to choose from.

Bought 3 of the same drink (hojicha Genmai milk tea hot slight sugar) in the same go (order 11212 and 11218) and all came out tasting different (one was super diluted). Let the staff try and they agreed. Then they said they could not do.

Not that crowded on the weekends compared to other chagee like city square, though it's a crowded mall. Waiting time about 15 mins. There are seats but not proper seats with table.
