Counter service virtually non existent, just keep asking you to order online. To the poor Singaporeans struggling to order using app, you can change your "country" to Malaysia under settings to allow you to order via app. You're welcome!

Tried Chagee many times and always tempted to order a drink whenever I come across their store. This Chagee branch at AEON mall Tebrau is spacious, has ample seating areas with charging point and nice place to chill. Chagee black tea w/ lemon is great, very refreshing. But sadly service is quite slow and needs improvement. All the staff seems have no motivation.

Chagee really brings tea shops to a whole new level. The quality of the drinks beats all the other boba I’ve tried. This is really tea with milk rather than just milk tea. The taste of tea remains fragrant despite the concoction while other shops are just sweet without much tea. The level of service be improved. Staff are generally not very friendly. The cooling bag that comes with the drinks really helps to keep the drinks cold especially in our type of climate. Great touch!

Ordered 3 cup of drink since 4pm. Self pick up. Waited for 4 hours, orders still not done. I checked with the cashier in a friendly manner if he can do this 3 cup for me since I already waited 4 hours but his reply very rude and unhappy with me. Hais..

App allowed you to order and pick up. Which is really good to avoid Q in the store. Ordered white peach oolong tea, but this outlet seem not the best so far. Seats available to dine in.

I am assuming this outlet is newly opened. Queue to order was at a good pace. However, waiting for the drinks was too long. I had no idea what the lady at the pick up point was doing. I understand she was grouping the cups together only to rearrange them again and if the correct quantity will she call out the order. After 20 mins wait, I went over and she was looking in a group she put together which meant it could have been there longer than needed. From queue to receiving 1 drink was almost 30 mins. Hopefully their iron out their operations. Thankfully Da Hong Bao milk tea was good!

Nice decor, but unsure what's the fuss all about for Chagee. Tried their oolong peach tea less sugar. Not impressed for RM12.

I would always buy a drink here whenever I come to Aeon Tebrau Mall. I used to queue to order, but now I switched to app ordering, and that saved time. I can continue my shopping while the order is being prepared, and I will collect when I pass by subsequently when the order is prepared and ready for collection.

Employee did not accept walk-ins. Asked for assistance on how to order online as all my previous attempts were futile. Cashier literally turned away and utter some malay words to the friend who came forward and stared down at me as though I owed her a million bucks. They really don't want business so must well shutter the doors and just do grab delivery. I think its because of their poor attitude that's why boost next door is having business continuously.
