"I've tried Chagee many times and am always tempted to order a drink whenever I come across one of their stores.
This Chagee branch at AEON mall Tebrau is spacious and has ample seating areas with charging points, making it a nice place to chill.
Chagee black tea with lemon is great and very refreshing.
However, the service is quite slow and needs improvement. The staff all seem to lack motivation."

Chagee really brings tea shops to a whole new level. The quality of the drinks beats all the other boba I’ve tried. This is really tea with milk, rather than just milk tea. The taste of tea remains fragrant despite the concoction, while other shops are just sweet without much tea flavor.
The level of service could be improved; staff are generally not very friendly.
The cooling bag that comes with the drinks really helps to keep the drinks cold, especially in our climate. Great touch!

"I ordered 3 cups of drinks for self pick-up at 4pm. After waiting for 4 hours, the order still wasn't ready. I checked with the cashier in a friendly manner to see if he could complete the 3 cups, given the long wait, but his reply was very rude and he seemed unhappy with my request. Hais..."

"The app allowed you to order and pick up, which is really good for avoiding the queue in the store. I ordered the white peach oolong tea, but this outlet doesn't seem to be the best so far.

I'm assuming this outlet is newly opened. The queue to order moved at a good pace. However, the wait for the drinks was too long. I had no idea what the lady at the pickup point was doing. I understood that she was grouping the cups together, only to rearrange them again, and then checking if the quantity was correct before calling out the order. After a 20-minute wait, I went over, and she was looking in a group she had already put together, which meant my drink could have been there longer than needed. From queuing to receiving one drink took almost 30 minutes. Hopefully, they iron out their operations. Thankfully, the Da Hong Bao milk tea was good!

"I always buy a drink here whenever I visit Aeon Tebrau Mall. I used to queue to order, but I've switched to ordering through the app, which saves time. I can continue my shopping while my order is being prepared, and then collect it when I pass by after it's ready."

"The employee did not accept walk-ins. I asked for assistance on how to order online, as all my previous attempts had been unsuccessful. The cashier literally turned away and muttered some Malay words to a friend who came forward and stared down at me as though I owed her a million bucks. They clearly don't want business, so they might as well shutter the doors and just do Grab delivery. I think their poor attitude is why Boost next door is continuously busy."

The service is too slow. Other branches also have many customers, but aren't as slow as this one. Please Chagee Aeon Tebrau, do better in the future.
