Attend store today 07 Dec 2023, afternoon. Have 3 pax staff, 2 busy serving customer, another 1 pax do nothing and then pretend didn't saw me in the shop....

Very poor service. Telling system down asked to come 9pm plus. Came at 9.45pm ended up telling shop closed. If you cannot layan your customer at 9.45pm even when your store closes at 10pm officially, close the shutter la! Disappointed service.
