I eat here yesterday night 8.40pm. the fries was cold. The bacon inside the burger taste burn. & After finishing my meal I saw rat πŸ€πŸ€ at the dining area that we eat. Need to improve on the food quality. I'm a fan of burger king

Waiting at counter for around 5minutes still dont have any staff attend to order food.（There is no others customer queue at counter.Only saw a female staff keep packing the food slowly. Fast food but action slow hahaha.

Really bad experience at Burger King on 17/9/22 at around 1.00pm. Standing there for sometime the only cashier was taken off the counter. There is not even an apology for taking the cashier off the counter but continued to be ignored. Walked off when I am not getting any attention standing at the counter. Burger King is my prefered place and it just these people to spoil my loyalty.

It is to bad service. Went 2 times, 2 times also disappointed. First time one burger less and chocolate drink no chocolate at all. Just water went counter then the worker checked the machine. Inside machine chocolate finished. When filling she can see. 2nd visit purchased 10 burgers takeaway. All dump in one bag come home see below burgers out of shape very bad. Most discounted is the burgers don't have any souce, mayousise ..just plan. The worker like not interested at all to make the burger. No way don't want to visit again.
