Very disappointed with the service. Natasha was the server. We placed a takeaway order for 9 burgers and 4 boxes of nuggets. When we arrived to collect it, she bluntly said everything was ready. We let it slide, assuming she might’ve had a rough day. But when we checked, 2 boxes of nuggets were missing. When we pointed it out, she insisted — with attitude — that everything was in the bag. Only after we asked her to check again did she admit the 2 boxes were missing, and said we’d have to wait 20 minutes because the nuggets were still frozen. This was after we had already waited, and it wasn’t even peak hours. Completely unacceptable.

Burger King is meant to be fast food, but at the Aeon Tebrau branch, it feels more like slow food. Picture this: waiting 25 minutes in line because there’s only one cashier, followed by another 20 minutes for your order, despite the place not even being crowded. The service was painfully slow, and the staff moved at a snail’s pace, as if they were forced to be there against their will! Also, I’ve brought a Taro pie but was given a pandan pie. When asked to change, they said Taro pie wasn’t available and that’s why they replace it to Pandan pie. Asked to change the fries to onion rings but was also not done.

To BK management team. Trying to make an order on 11.Dec.2023 at time 8:20pm, with closing time 9:30pm, this branch have stop prepare basic fries which should be quite standard side to accompany the great BK burger. Sadly, the staff of this branch is too lazy to serve it anymore even if it is still more than 1 hour before official closing time.

Good Environment & Friendly Staff. Good food as my favorite Whopper Burger 🍔 Only no idea why the drinks always come with so many ice 🧊 as photo show.

Burgers taste good but kitchen was very slow. It took about 25 minutes to get my orders done. Many were waiting in front of the collection counter.

Rendang burger is like beef patty with peanut sauce, I don’t recommend. It’s better to stick with Whopper here.

The Rye Beefacon breakfast - the omelette and beefacon was salty. If the omelette was without any seasoning would be better as you can taste the original egg.

My regular shop, but this time staff not response me for 15 min.. Yeah I know he busy coz 1 staff only there, at least he ask us to wait or give us any reasons for we are wait for.. But nothing at all.. I don't know why always there not enough staff, I think this second time,but first time staff she very humble and ask us to wait.. This time staff😏.. Very disappointed with this gent staff
