Ice cream or cream??? Received a cup of melted ice cream that not only looks unappetising but taste bad too. Asked the staff why the ice cream is melted and they said it’s the last bit of it so it’s normal?! lol pathetic portion, unethical business.

Cold Stone Creamery serves some of the creamiest, freshest-tasting ice cream I’ve had, with generous mix-ins and friendly service. Cozy vibe, fair prices, and definitely worth coming back for!

DON'T PATRONISE THIS OUTLET. You'll regret spending money here... Served melted, and ingredients not properly incorporated. Ice-cream served mostly liquid, what a joke. Doesn't even look like 2 scoops of ice-cream in this Love It size too. Never again 😅.

The guy at the counter is nice but Im quite flabbergasted that at 6:30pm, there were no chocolate/strawberry ice cream, nor waffle cones, left. Took a look at the ice creams in the tubs and they all look half melted. The franchise owner.

Horrible tasting ice cream that is not representative of the brand name at all. It's the worst tasting strawberry blondie I've tasted and am utterly shocked by the quality. I've eaten at other cold stone outlet before but had never.
