"I ordered the watermelon lychee crush and paid extra for extra watermelon, but I only tasted lychee. I was so disappointed with the service. I've been to other outlets and the taste was okay, but this outlet's drink is very bland. This isn't the first time this has happened! Really not worth it."

Bought a sugar water ice blended. Worst Boost Juice I've ever had. The sorbet should be frozen, and yet the sorbet here is watery! The berries used are mushy instead of frozen 🤢. The cup wasn't even fully filled. The worst of the worst…

PURE DISGUSTING. The customer was treated as if they were transparent. They prioritized topping up straws rather than asking what I wanted to order. I was standing right in front of them, and they avoided eye contact (literally treating me as transparent when it came to ordering). Horrible standard. Very low. This happened today (October 30th) at 6pm.
