PURE DISGUSTING. Treated customer as transparent. Rather top up straws than ask customer what do they want. Making customer stood right infront of them like and avoids eye contact with customer (literally treat customer as transparent when comes to ordering). Horrible standard. Low. Happened today (30 Oct) 6pm.

Ordered watermelon lychee crush and paid extra to add on extra watermelon but end up I get the taste of lychee only.So disappointed with the service. Went to other outlet but the taste was still ok. But this outlet it is very bland.It is not the first time this has happened!!!Really not worth it

Queue is so long and wait around 10-15mins then just coming to get the order. The staff is bad attitude
