Very disappointing experience at Bath & Body Works, AEON Tebrau. The rude and disrespectful attitude of the employees towards the customers is very unprofessional. I was treated with a cynical look, as if I couldn't afford to buy. This kind of attitude is very embarrassing, especially for a brand as big as Bath & Body Works. As a customer, I expect friendly and respectful service, not discrimination. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and trains their staff to serve customers better. 1 star.

My grandma and i came here to buy body oil and lotion, great services by siti, definitely will come again. Other staffs also were very friendly and welcoming!

Very rude the manager scold their staff in front the customer..for me it’s not professional behaviour…and one more thing one of the staff name “ AGUS “ i ask about the item but he passes me to other staff and mention that is not part of his job… please be more professional

Walking down the alley, this shop is superbly attracting a person to come in with its overwhelm smell. Sales person who always helpful in explaining and promoting the product make the potential buyer feels too bad for not buying anything, even for a small piece of thing!
