Very bad attitude of the male staff in Fitting Room. While I'm changing the cloth, suddenly knock my door very loud and telling me I'm change in long time already. In fact, I'm not taken more than 10 min inside, and I'm wondering is long q outside. Then I'm immediately come out from fitting room and found that there no body is in q.

I would like to give credits to all the staffs in Uniqlo Aeon Tebrau for their helpfulness and cheerful demeanour even it was second day of Hari Raya. Besides, I appreciated the staffs for helping me exchange my pants hassle and stress free. Many Thanks again to all the team effort in Uniqlo Aeon Tebrau.

I had an unpleasant experience 1 feb 2026. The male cashier was attentive to another customer by asking whether she wanted a paper bag and thanking her. However, I was not asked whether I wanted a paper bag, nor was I thanked. This difference in treatment felt unprofessional and disappointing.
