Bought 4 Sour cream on 5 Feb 2024 at around 5pm. The base of each pretzel tasted like soap! Had to throw it away…and it’s not our first time buying from this outlet.

This is my fourth time ordering choco eclairs stix and pretzel, is it a new sop where the chocolate only coated at one side? I paid RM8.50 or RM9 to get type of food? Stop buying here. Not worth it

Only told us the food was a 20 min wait after taking payment from us. Even after the 20 min food was still not ready and took another 15 min.

Why is it so hard for your outlets to make Cinnamon raisin pretzel? I even told the staff that I could wait.. he insisted no. Had to get plain cinnamon pretzel instead.

Came at 11am but the staff arrogantly and rudely dismissed us saying they're not yet ready. Please do better in training your staff. 2nd time I've encountered rude staffs at your outlet. Do better.
