I don't know what the staff here has against me. I went into the store and just looked at the Malay clothes. Then I took two sizes to try on, and I waited at the cashier to ask permission to use the fitting room. He just looked at my face without smiling, then said, "Ha, just go." There was no greeting, either. Luckily, I really wanted to fit in Polo Haus this year; otherwise, I would have just walked in and left to find somewhere else. This time, while I was in the fitting room, my uncle went to scold him.
Uncle: Do customers really just come to this shop to look at things themselves?
Employee: Yeah. They just look, they choose for themselves.
I don't even understand what's wrong with Polo Haus. You know it's almost Raya, so why do you only have one staff member taking care of the shop? He really had a sour face and just stared at the cashier. I didn't even want to turn off the SKJP when I was making the payment.
I'm giving this an extra star because they asked me to check the clothes before purchasing. They said "Thank you" or something; I don't even remember because I was so angry.

"Bad service! Visited twice during the fair at the center of the mall. Most of the staff weren't friendly, especially the counter girl! The part-timer's service wasn't bad, though. She showed her face to the customer, gave items without a paper bag, just leaving them on the counter table, and threw the receipt on the counter table. Disrespectful to customers ππ»ππ»ππ» Wonβt visit anymore!"
The staff, especially BiBi, is willing to help and very patient with their service. Thank you for the service and I recommend visiting this store π!
"I was supposed to buy earphones for my Realme phone. I saw that they had many on display. When I asked the person if they had any earphones, they immediately said no. But why have them on display then? Just throw them away. Very poor service."

When I asked a question, before I could even finish, the response was very quick, and the answer was, "We don't have that service." As a customer coming to ask, they didn't listen to the whole question and quickly assumed the answer was no. If I could give zero stars, I would.
