I recently visited this store to ask for help setting up my new phone. While I didn’t purchase the phone there, I was hoping to get some basic assistance with the settings. I was referred to a male employee.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The employee seemed disinterested, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism, as he kept making awkward eye contact and whispering to a coworker during the process. His overall attitude felt insincere, which made it clear that he wasn’t very happy to be assisting us, possibly because we hadn’t made a purchase.
I’d recommend better customer service training for the staff to ensure everyone feels welcome, regardless of whether or not they've made a purchase.
I bought an iPhone, but there was dust behind the camera. I unboxed it inside the shop, and guess what? There was dust behind the camera. The staff said it wouldn't disturb the camera, but the thing is, I bought something expensive. Why couldn't they replace it for me? It's like if you bought a car and it had a scratch when you received it, you wouldn't want to use it, right? We buy these things with a pricey cost. Please take note if you're planning to buy an iPhone. It's upsetting, even though it's just a small dust particle inside the camera, and IT CANNOT BE REMOVED BECAUSE IT'S INSIDE!
Arie Imran was very friendly and patiently helped us solve our problem. He didn't show any impatience when we said we would come back later, which we did, to buy an Apple 16. I am very happy with the service. Thank you.
