"The Chinese female salesperson had a very bad attitude, leading to an extremely poor shopping experience. She didn't smile at all and was impatient and rude when speaking to us. She also tidied up the clothes immediately after we touched them. I see many other bad reviews from customers with similar experiences, and I'm not sure why there's been no improvement. Does the management know about this?"

"The staff seemed quite out of it. I handed him the order slip, and he just put it in his pocket. Luckily, a friend noticed he hadn't processed it and reminded him. Ordering drinks took a very long time. The simple food and drinks were served by robots, and the robots were even seen trying to navigate around each other. They want people to order via QR code, but the shop has no Wi-Fi, and there's no mobile reception inside for 4G or 5G."
