Store uses faulty POS machine knowingly to collect payment resulting in payment not reflected on their POS machine but payment reflected in customer card app that it is paid. When ask the Chinese staff named Chai, he rudely explained that payment not received and say this happens all the time and insisted to pay again. Knowing that POS machine is faulty, staff still insist to use it to collect payment and insisted is the bank issue. No apologies was given throughout the incident and still rudely demands customer to make duplicate payment. Staff still slammed on table when talking to customer. Extremely rude customer service.
