"This store knowingly uses a faulty POS machine to collect payments, which results in the payment not being reflected on their end, even though the customer's card app shows it as paid. When I asked the staff member named Chai about this, he rudely explained that the payment wasn't received, saying this happens all the time, and insisted that I pay again. Knowing the POS machine is faulty, the staff still insisted on using it and claimed it was a bank issue. No apologies were given during the incident, and they still rudely demanded that I make a duplicate payment. The staff member even slammed his hand on the table while talking to me. Extremely rude customer service. Shop at your own risk. I'm never stepping in again."
