Toppen Mid-Autumn Festivities: RM25 Mooncake Workshop, Fair and Lantern Parade from 9-20 September
Toppen Shopping Centre fills September with Mid-Autumn festivities from 9 to 20 September, spanning the L1 Main Atrium and L3, The TOPP. The line-up includes a snow skin mooncake workshop by Good Times DIY Lifestyle Studio, a Mooncake Fair with more than 10 vendors, lantern-lit evenings and free wellness activities. Toppen Shopping Centre opens from 10:00AM to 10:00PM, Monday to Sunday, and terms and conditions apply.
Snow Skin Mooncake Workshop by Good Times DIY Lifestyle Studio
Good Times DIY Lifestyle Studio runs a Snow Skin Mooncake Workshop at L1, Main Atrium, where RM25 per person gets participants two handmade rabbit-themed snow skin mooncakes. Sessions take place on 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 19 and 20 September, from 2PM to 4PM daily. For bookings and enquiries, call 011-1129 6208.
Mooncake Fair at L1, Main Atrium
The Mooncake Fair brings together more than 10 vendor booths at L1, Main Atrium, set within a Moonlit Lotus Garden themed decor. The festive setup features giant lotus flowers, multi-coloured lanterns, rabbit figures and a tea set display with a rabbit character under the theme Gather Out & Enjoy Golden Moon. Shoppers can browse festive goodies from the vendors throughout the festivity period from 9 to 20 September.
Lantern Parade and Mid-Autumn Crafts at L3, The TOPP
On selected evenings, the Lantern Parade lights up L3, The TOPP on 13 and 19 September at 7PM. Illuminated rabbit-shaped lanterns in white, blue and pink line the walkways near the water feature, and children can join in with lanterns of their own. Mid-Autumn crafts accompany the parade on these festive evenings.
Free TCM Consultation and Herbal Sachets by MA KUANG TCM
As part of the free wellness activities this Mid-Autumn, MA KUANG TCM offers free on-site TCM consultation along with a complimentary herbal sachet. The herbal sachets come in varieties such as Scented Sleep and Pain Relief, with benefits including good sleep, pain relief and immune boost. Dried herbs and ingredients are displayed in clear containers for visitors to explore.
