The TOPP Club App serves as the member's VIP pass to Toppen. The app screen reminds users to check for their parking voucher before paying, and displays the free parking offer for the first 3 hours. Members can also see their points balance and access Hot Deals, including RM5 and RM10 offers.
Each voucher is valid for 2 days, and the offer applies to the first 3 hours only. Additional parking charges apply for any time beyond that. The voucher is issued automatically every quarter, so members should check their app regularly.
Redeem at Level 1 Information Counter
Toppen Shopping Centre JB is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Members can redeem their free parking voucher at the Level 1 Information Counter, where the kiosk displays "WELCOME" and "Toppen Shopping Centre JB." The voucher is scanned at the counter, and the parking card is tapped at the terminal to activate the free parking.
