Rusim Thai Kitchen celebrates its grand opening at Toppen Shopping Centre with 50% off all menu items from 12 to 14 August 2026. The Thai restaurant operates from Lot L2.61 and serves authentic Thai favourites ranging from fresh seafood to signature classics.
