Grab now operates a direct cross-border ride service from Singapore to TOPPEN Shopping Centre in Johor Bahru. The SG to JB Cross-Border (Beta) service lets travellers book prepaid rides straight to the mall, eliminating the need for separate transport arrangements after clearing customs.
Choose Your Drop-Off Point at TOPPEN
TOPPEN offers two drop-off points on Level P1, each suited to different visit purposes. The Green Entrance works best for grocery runs and quick errands, while the Yellow Entrance is the preferred choice for shopping, dining, IKEA visits, and family activities.
Booking Requirements and Fares
Riders must book between 12 hours and 7 days in advance through the Grab app. All trips require cashless payment with fixed, prepaid fares. Return trips to Singapore also require advance booking, so travellers should secure both legs before departing.
The Grab cross-border service operates during TOPPEN's regular hours from 10:00AM to 10:00PM, Monday through Sunday. Both the Green Entrance and Yellow Entrance drop-offs are located on Level P1 at TOPPEN Shopping Centre. Service availability, fares, and booking terms are subject to Grab's latest updates.
