How the Redemption Works
The promotion follows a three-step process. Shoppers first bring their used clothing to the RBBC at Toppen Shopping Centre, where staff issue a receipt confirming the drop-off. The receipt is then uploaded through the TOPP Club App, which triggers the free Game On Theme Park ticket redemption. Shoppers can repeat the process on a different day with another 15KG of clothing to claim a second ticket.
What to Bring and Where to Drop Off
The RBBC accepts clothing only, with signage at the drop-off station stating "Please bring only clothing" and "No other materials." Shoppers must bring a minimum of 15KG of used clothes to qualify for the free ticket. The recycling station features branding from Toppen Recyclers and partners Acofi and React. Participants receive blue reusable tote bags with a star pattern as take-back packaging.
Collecting Your Receipt at RBBC
After dropping off clothing at the RBBC counter, shoppers receive a receipt that serves as proof of submission. The TOPP Club App confirms the drop-off status with a green checkmark, indicating the order has been completed. Shoppers need this receipt to proceed with the ticket redemption through the app.
Uploading Your Receipt on the TOPP Club App
The TOPP Club App lets shoppers upload up to three images per receipt, displaying a confirmation message upon successful submission. The app reminds users that all uploaded images must come from the same receipt. The app adds points to the user's account shortly after the upload completes, finalising the redemption process for the free Game On Theme Park ticket.
