The worst ever customer service!!! I just have a following up chat regarding my repair phone with them and they have a annual dinner closure in following day without notice that make me double trip!poor communication in between the staff ! Really frustrated! Please think carefully before u buy from them!

Highly Recommend Syafiq and Ying I visited the Xiaomi store twice and was deeply impressed by the professionalism and service attitude of both Ying and Syafiq. The first time, I brought along a product I had purchased from the Xiaomi Official Store on Shopee. Even though it wasn’t bought from their outlet, Ying was very patient and went the extra mile to help me resolve the issue. The second time, I had trouble connecting a CCTV I bought online, so I decided to purchase another one directly from the store. Syafiq was extremely patient and helpful. I could feel that he understood my concerns, and he even told me I could call him anytime if I needed further assistance. Their professionalism and sincere service truly moved me. Thank you both!
