The orders took some time to prepare. We had Cafe Latte, Mix Berry Ice Tea, Jasmine Tea and Chicago cheese cake. The ambiance is nice. A good spot to relax after a heavy day of shopping. Please improve on the speed of service.

Super packed on weekends 😖 felt sorry to the staff, need to call out customer’s name above the crowd noise/ chatter 😅 We had their new spanish latte without cinnamon, mango sweet tea & Chicago cheesecake. Anyway, all the best to the teams ok 🌻

A great place to chill with a nice cup of coffee as it’s big, spacious and clean. Staff are friendly too. Highly recommended.

The only thing need to improve is the service attitude of the staff. Not so friendly & not listen carefully for customer order. Order pure hot Vanilla but come Vanilla Latte. Atmosphere of this coffee house is good & this place is suitable for take a rest & get some good coffee.

Coffee bean, teach your staff how to pack a cake. Ordered carrot cake take away. Came home and saw they packed the very less cream & topping cake. Plus she also removed the side plastic that protect the cake when packaging.

I like to drink hot coffee by using cup, instead of paper cup which is widely used by others cafe even for dine in. Ordered Americano, 5 stars flavour! Service is good, the staff came to help me to clear the tables before I use my own tissue to clean.

This cafe just open new branch in Aeon Tebrau. The dine in space quite ample and comfortable. Recomend to try Belgian Chocolate Frappe from this cafe.
