Yesterday, my husband and I went there and bought a backpack for RM120. Last night, the buckle broke within a few hours of carrying it on my back. I didn’t expect the quality to be so bad; the ones I bought on Shopee are more durable. The receipt said it can be replaced if it breaks within 3 days, but that's counted from the day of purchase. The time for customers to exchange it is too short. Moreover, my husband has been very busy with work recently and hasn’t been able to arrange time to take it back. You could almost buy another bag when traveling to Singapore. If you don’t live nearby, it's really not worth buying. If it breaks, it seems like it will cost more to replace it. I wonder, if I do exchange it, if there are any other models and colors available? Really a very bad shopping experience.
