It was a disappointment to do a 60 mins massage where the therapist could only engage her elbow to massage. She applied balm on my neck but did not massage. The receptionist was not upfront in the beginning about the policy to change a therapist if the therapist can’t deliver their job. I think Thai Odyssey can do better than this.

the price is too much if you driving then better try elsewhere i not sure the siam oasis price but this shop charge super expensive 400+ for 90mins/2pax. the massage treatment is so so nothing special and we left the shop with whole body of essence oil. they did not help to clean off at all. worst than ksl massage shops. staff attitude is ok. worst also waited an hour before we can start massage. ridiculous pricing never come again.

Visited on 25 Feb, I have been a member since December 2024. I have always opted for full body massages and have enjoyed my time. The only complaint I have is the time taken for massages.
I have noticed that my massages seemed to be shorter as the masseuse will stop to take tea, or place the things outside nearing the end of the massage.
So this particular time on the 25th that I visited, I asked for a 1hr foot massage. I started my 1hr massage at 3.50pm, and ended before 4.50pm. In fact, they stopped at about 3.35pm, went out and came back and gave me a shoulder massage…. I am unsure why they would take the time to focus on my shoulder because I asked for 1hr foot. Other places would focus 1hr on foot and gave only the finishing shoulder massages AFTER 1hr had been completed. I hope the management can look into this because I feel shortchanged. I know it’s about 10-15 mins, but how can I be a patron knowing that I don’t get the full service to feel that it’s “worth it”.

Unprofessional reception staff. Shortly after reaching and looking at the menu, a loud-mouth customer came in after me and started rattling off what he wanted. And the staff ACTUALLY served him before me, causing the immediate timeslot to become unavailable to me. I just walked off, period. It is ironic to get tension not relief at a massage place. Suggest the management train your reception staff properly before more people walk off, unless you don't mind. I don't mind because there are close substitutes nearby and that's where I went! The date of visit is 18 Feb 1pm.

I went to an outlet in KL once and had the best massage experience of my life, and safe to say, I got it here in this JB outlet again :) The way they wash your feet at the pretty foot bath, clean beautiful rooms, ambience music, AMAZING masseuse pressure and massage rhythm… the masseuses really know the points to press and press it with great pressure, also making sure that it’s not too hard by asking at the start. They provide herbal tea before and after the massage too! And for aromatherapy (my favourite) u can choose which oil you want which is so much fun. My partner and I had an amazing experience. Will be back☝️🌅

Thai Odyssey Thai Massage offers a relaxing and immersive experience, highlighted by their incredible decoration in the foot washing area. The ambiance is soothing, with attention to detail that enhances the overall atmosphere. The foot scrub is a standout service, providing a refreshing and invigorating start to the treatment. I am hoping the scrub could be longer. The staff are professional and skilled in traditional Thai massage.

One of two Thai massage chains in this popular AEON mall, with Thai Odyssey being the harder one to find as it was tucked away in the corner. Decided to give them a try as they had better availability than Siam Oasis or Thai Family (nearby) during my mall visit on a weekday afternoon.
With massages being masseuse-dependent, I was glad to be assigned Lisa who was skilful in kneading out knots and decompressing the back. At RM 188 (before SST) for a 2-hr Traditional Thai massage, it was not the cheapest yet I walked away convinced that I would return to try them again, as the convenience, cleanliness and masseuse skills had made it an exceptional experience.

Came here for a foot massage. Thai Odyssey is our favourite massage place. Clean, service and masseurs’ techniques are consistent most time. Price is slightly more compare to others but it gives you a piece of mind.

Went for a Thai aromatherapy massage. Masseuse was professional and used sufficient pressure. Experience was good even by the regular standards of Thai Odyssey. Located in a quiet corner of aeon tebrau, with a toilet nearby. Would be happy to patronize again

This is a very popular massage center in a popular shopping mall.
I visited (walk-in) Thai Odyssey on the morning of a normal weekday almost as soon as they had opened at 10am but I was told that they had very limited slots and massage options left. The earliest one I could get was a 60 minute full body traditional Thai massage at 1pm.
As for the massage itself, I enjoyed it and I would not have minded opting for packages that were more than 60 minutes, if they had been available.
Prices to me are alright, though definitely not the cheapest you can find out there.
