It was disappointing to have a 60-minute massage where the therapist primarily used her elbow. She applied balm to my neck but didn't massage it. Also, the receptionist wasn't upfront about the policy regarding changing therapists if the initial therapist couldn't adequately perform the massage. I think Thai Odyssey can do better.

"The price is too high; if you're driving, you're better off trying elsewhere. I'm not sure about the Siam Oasis price, but this shop charges a super expensive 400+ for 90 minutes for two people. The massage treatment was just so-so, nothing special, and we left the shop with our whole bodies covered in essence oil. They didn't help us clean it off at all, worse than KSL massage shops. The staff attitude was okay. Also, we waited an hour before we could even start the massage. Ridiculous pricing, I'll never come again."

Visited on February 25th. I've been a member since December 2024 and have always opted for full body massages, which I've enjoyed. My only complaint is regarding the massage duration.
I've noticed that my massages seem to be shorter, as the masseuse will stop to get tea or place things outside near the end.
This particular time, on the 25th, I asked for a 1-hour foot massage. It started at 3:50 PM and ended before 4:50 PM. In fact, they stopped around 3:35 PM, went out, came back, and gave me a shoulder massage. I'm unsure why they focused on my shoulder, since I requested a 1-hour foot massage. Other places focus the entire hour on the feet and only give a finishing shoulder massage *after* the hour is completed. I hope the management can look into this, because I feel shortchanged. I know it’s only about 10-15 minutes, but how can I continue to be a patron knowing that I'm not getting the full service to feel that it's "worth it"?

"Unprofessional reception staff. Shortly after arriving and looking at the menu, a loud customer came in after me and started rattling off what he wanted. The staff actually served him before me, causing the immediate time slot to become unavailable. I just walked out. It's ironic to experience tension, not relief, at a massage place. I suggest the management properly train their reception staff before more people walk out, unless they don't mind. I don't mind because there are close substitutes nearby, and that's where I went! Date of visit: February 18th, 1 PM."

I went to an outlet in KL once and had the best massage experience of my life, and safe to say, I got it again here at this JB outlet :) The way they wash your feet at the pretty foot bath, the clean, beautiful rooms, the ambient music, and the AMAZING masseuse pressure and massage rhythm... the masseuses really know the points to press, and they press them with great pressure, also making sure that it’s not too hard by asking at the start. They provide herbal tea before and after the massage too! And for aromatherapy (my favorite), you can choose which oil you want, which is so much fun. My partner and I had an amazing experience. Will be back! ☝️🌅

Thai Odyssey Thai Massage offers a relaxing and immersive experience, highlighted by the incredible decor in the foot washing area. The ambiance is soothing, with attention to detail that enhances the overall atmosphere. The foot scrub is a standout service, providing a refreshing and invigorating start to the treatment. I only wish the scrub could be longer. The staff are professional and skilled in traditional Thai massage.

"One of two Thai massage chains in this popular AEON mall, Thai Odyssey was the harder to find, tucked away in the corner. I decided to give them a try, as they had better availability than Siam Oasis or Thai Family (nearby) during my weekday afternoon visit to the mall.
Massages are masseuse-dependent, and I was glad to be assigned Lisa, who was skillful in kneading out knots and decompressing my back. At RM 188 (before SST) for a 2-hour Traditional Thai massage, it wasn't the cheapest, yet I walked away convinced I would return. The convenience, cleanliness, and masseuse's skills made it an exceptional experience."

"Came here for a foot massage. Thai Odyssey is our favorite massage place. It's clean, the service is good, and the masseurs' techniques are consistently good most of the time. The price is slightly higher compared to others, but it gives you peace of mind."

"Went for a Thai aromatherapy massage. The masseuse was professional and used sufficient pressure. The experience was good, even by the usual standards of Thai Odyssey. It's located in a quiet corner of Aeon Tebrau, with a toilet nearby. I would be happy to patronize again."
