Worst shop ever, I did not even want to give one star. Please NEVER EVER JOIN the membership, they do not appreciate the consumer AT ALL ANYWAYS. If you do not want to give any benefits to the consumer, please just stop wasting people time and don’t take any information from your customer. So this is what happened: they need the actual IC of the membership owner and limit membership owner to only purchase 1 pair of shoes during birthday month because they only provide the so called 10% discount to the lower price pair of shoes, big thanks, will be buying from other shops instead, you’re not the only shop offering such foot solutions!

Worst service and worst membership I have ever encountered! I felt deceived throughout the entire shopping experience. Staff was reluctant to assist and bday month discount was only given to one pair of the shoes despite all in one purchase. Anyway, not recommend to shop with them.

Please do not join membership, it's a SCAM. Advertising that birthday month can get 10% discount but only the cheapest one subject to the discount even they're all in one single receipt.

Worst scenario in front the store by the sales girl. 4/2/2019 1400H My sister came, just the time she arrived park in front of the store, the sales girls flip the sign "OUT FOR LUNCH". 4/2/2019 1845H I personally came arrived and the sales girl again, flip the sign "OUT FOR LUNCH", this time I need to address to her, this is not the way the business should be, if like this, the business will going to drain, for sure.
