Such a waste. Taste is five star, but management is terrible. Ingredients aren’t fresh, luncheon meat quality is way below KL’s standard.

Not recommended, service there are very lousy & the meat are very slow to release on counter, keep saying they are preparing, we are not expecting to be waiting for them to give us meat, we are ok if there are no meat to release. No asking for item that not on counter, eg, rice or drinks. The rice we ordered came faster than the mala soup, do they expect us to eat with chili?🤨 Havent given them complaint yet, but they give us a lot of word & talk behind the counter. Customer ain't giving waiter to given complaint. Please, the service really need to be improve

Came here once for lunch 2 days back and then back again today for dinner. Our little family of 4 really likes the food here. I love their chinese tea, it's quite affordable. Both Malatang (soup) and Malaxiangguo (dry) is nice. Will be back again soon!

For someone who is always hunting for good mala xiang guo, this place serves one of the tastiest I have so far. The spiciness and numbness are balanced - constant wave of spiciness with every mouthful, with the numbness subtly felt by the tongue and lips. The saltiness level feels okay to me, though I do feel a little little thirsty after finishing the meal. Price point wise at RM5.90+ per 100 grams is very very reasonable and competitive. Not sure if it is a promotional rate (hope not :)). In total, I spent about RM31 for 500 grams. Variety wise, quite extensive choices of fresh greens and mushrooms, processed balls, marinated meat selections, and assorted noodles. I recommend to go for the thin noodles - absorbs the flavour well and not too heavy on the stomach. They also self-service condiments (garlic, vinegar, chili padi etc) to accommodate to individuals' taste buds. They do have mala tang of different broths, will update if I do come back to this location to try. Staff are attentive and friendly, and the place is kept clean, tidy, and organised (they have a printed pictured catalogue of the ingredients behind the door (for their internal reference I presume) which corresponds to the ingredient placement the consumers see). Overall, a delightful and unexpected surprise find (since i was just walking past aimlessly).

Very reasonable prices. Quite tasty. Just watch out for the cup they use. Quite hard to pry open the cap to insert the straw, so much that the cup slipped off the table and the base of the cup comes off when it landed 🤣. But the staff was kind to replace with a fresh cup

Pickled veg soup is darn good, dry is also darn good.. can just get mildly spicy.. price is super reasonable.. can try the Chinese tea and soy milk too, good price, Soy milk is thick on the sweet side, but u fan mix with the Chinese tea to make your own milk tea.. definitely coming back again..

The dry mala with light spicy was super yummy. Also the complimentary pork bone soup was very milky and tasty. Will come back for more. Note the light spicy was still spicy for those who can take spicy. Highly recommended for those want to try stir fry mala noodle.

Now this is Mala! Quite surprise of this rare find here at Aeon. If you’re a fan of bold, spicy, and addictive flavors, this mala spot is a must-try. • Spice Level: Perfectly balanced. You get the fiery heat, but it doesn’t overpower the taste. • Ingredients: Fresh and generously portioned. The lotus root, enoki mushrooms, and sliced beef were cooked just right—crunchy, tender, and soaked in flavor. • Aroma: As soon as it arrived, the aroma hit hard. Smoky, fragrant, and mouth-watering. • Oil and Salt: Not overly greasy or salty—hard to find in most mala shops. • Customization: Great variety of ingredients and spice levels. You get exactly what you want. The wok hei (charred aroma) was strong, and every bite delivered a satisfying numbing kick. Would I return? 100% yes.
